I am a seasoned executive, with expertise in account management and sales leadership. I've had significant roles in growing small regional companies into larger super-regional industry leaders. Throughout my career, I've also had experience in operations, project management, and marketing.I've held multiple positions within various industries, however, I find people are the most valuable resource, no matter the product or service. This contrives my style of positivity in leadership, knowledge through experience, and humility to understand each experience as an opportunity to learn and grow. I believe effectiveness within any organization, is bringing others to a common goal at the ground level. This has been my experience and has been paramount to individual and team success. Another belief I have is networking; this has always been one of the keys to my success. This, along with meeting and serving my community, is at the forefront of my convictions. My goal has been to affect others, whether individually or organizationally, in a way which has deep and lasting impacts. My experience has shown when only my perception leads me, I'm limited in my ability to be effective to my organization, as well as others.
