Responsibility of the Manchester and Isle of Man Offices, having a total reponsibilty for 55 staff and a turnover of approx £3M p/aMy responsibilities included Business Development, staff development, training & recruitment, full P&L responsibility for the two Northern Offices, expansion into the Irish Market, workload management and key client management I also sat on the Main Board for Foreman Roberts, and therefore had an input into our strategy for growth in the Healthcare, Education and Middle East markets in particular.My role included performance of the Northern offices to achieve key performance targets such as earnings per fee earner, gross margin and staff utilisation.

Working on a wide variety of projects from the commercial, retail and leisure sectors, including the conversion of the Gmex Centre in Manchester. Whilst at Arups I was enroled on their Graduate training programme and received excellent structured training both in-house and with placements in manufacturers and contractors within the industry
