I am a double Masters degree educated, and highly motivated individual with a total of 31 years’ experience in the detailed design and delivery of complex projects within the Telecoms sector. My significant understanding of the BT platform architecture combined with my proven track record in both Service design and Systems design & estimation brings a unique blend of both Design and Delivery experience to Driving of Results for my customers. I have several years’ experience of leading teams as a Team Leader / Technical Project Manager in both a Line management and a Matrix management capacity. My external project management qualifications, such as Prince 2 Practitioner, along with my practical experience in the Agile and Proof Driven Delivery techniques which are used within BT, reinforce my ability to walk into any new Project and to be effective from Day 1 is a given. I am recognised for my ability to complete project deliverables in challenging timescales.I am a Christian and a member of the BT Christian Association. I also spend my spare time keeping fit and taking part in physical challenges, with a few examples being the 200-length BT Swimathon, the Three Peaks Challenge, the 4-day Nijmegen Marches with BT Telfort, a 2000-mile round-Britain cycling expedition, and 2001 London Marathon. Historically I have played a role as a selection assessor for judging hundreds of young people on introduction weekends for Raleigh International over a ten-year period.
