CurrentAfter graduating from the University of Ulster in 1994, Nigel commenced employment with Omagh Enterprise Company as a business researcher. Having worked successfully as a freelance designer for some of the provinces largest design agencies, in May 2000 he became one of the founding staff members at Creative Media. As an award-winning designer Nigel has all the qualities you could ever look for in a Creative Director. He’s a dynamic and resourceful professional who is incredibly passionate about what he does. His drive and level-headedness have won him not only the respect and admiration of his team but also the many prominent clients he’s had the pleasure of working with. Nigel also has vast experience in photography and is Creative Media’s in-house photographer. Although Nigel admits to be being easy-going at heart he’s strongly committed to ensuring that Creative Media’s enviable track-record remains unbroken. Certainly his UK DBA Gold Award, five all-Ireland Design Effectiveness awards, and large selection of other national and international awards, and work featuring in worldwide design publications and websites such as Design Week, Popsop and Ilovelogos are evidence of his indubitable artistic flair and his ability to consistently add real brand value – much to the delight of his clients. Nigels role within the team is as a hands on designer - not just overseeing, but actively designing and leading projects.Nigel is a part time lecturer in Graphic Design at South West College, has in the past carried out design consultancy work for Livewire N.I., and is a Practicing Professionals Jury Panel Member for the European A' Design Awards, and the Interactive Media Council Awards, as well as a member of the International Design Club, the International Association of Designers and the Interactive Media Council.
