About Nigel Peacock

I began my career in IT at KTEL Records London, served at Her Majesty's Stationery Office, Dun & Bradstreet, Glaxo Smith Kline, and Bausch & Lomb before I headed to the states via Hewlett Packard to begin my Silicon Valley career: HP, Cisco, First Republic Bank, Paypal. I am a technical business leader and strategist who believes that successful IT leaders are mindful of business change and customer experience. An entrepreneur in technology, I quickly planted knowledge roots in IT Service Management, software development, UI/UX design, and the product development life-cycle. Once I started operating as an executive leader I gained intimate knowledge of Service Delivery, IT Operations, core banking applications, and enterprise-wide web, mobile and social platforms.
