I have a passion for all things related to the built environment, along with a proven track-record as an accomplished and experienced construction project professional, with skills honed across the full construction and property development life-cycle. Areas in which I am highly skilled include; - senior-level project management, - development planning, - design management, - quality leadership and environmental impact assessment. I am committed to safety and equally at home with major infrastructure projects, new-build, fit-out and refurbishment projects. I also have significant experience of asset replacement and refurbishment projects.My experience includes senior project management and quality leadership roles within Heathrow's Development function, in addition to previous senior design and environmental assessment roles within both the Heathrow third runway expansion programme and the Stansted Airport second-runway expansion planning submissions. I have substantial overseas experience gained over a 3-year period leading the design, project management and delivery of Gillette’s state-of-the-art manufacturing, packaging and warehouse facilities in central Poland.I achieved my MBA in Construction and Real Estate with Distinction, specialising in sustainable buildings and infrastructure development in an airport expansion context.I live in west London with my wife of 19 years and our 2 sons. I enjoy swimming, cycling and in September completed the 25 mile Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge.
