As COO, I oversee ideation and implementation of app services and features, as well as the creation of the digital marketplace that facilitates peer-to-peer currency exchange. I am responsible for the development and value proposition of the Cash Swap brand and all aspects of compliance including: complaint handling, the creation of all Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, Safety Policies, Anti-Money Laundering Policies, as well as vendor engagement agreements, airport kiosk rental agreements, employment contracts, third-party administrator contracts and independant contractor contracts. I manage all aspects of public relations and marketing resources to develop and implement a comprehensive traditional and social media marketing plan.
