Following an extensive background in security, training, aviation, and UHNW household management, I am the Baggage Safety and Compliance Manager at LHR. My aviation experience developed at Heathrow Airport within specialist police operations, security and training. My airport career advanced when managing a diverse workforce within the Heathrow supply chain; c.500 skilled operatives providing contingencies in below wing support, including system disruption/baggage resilience/baggage systems, passenger assistance, and aircraft appearance. I am focused on driving improvements to service, and the continuous development safety systems for individuals and teams.
