Acquistion of Fibre-gen from CHH in 2005. Development of markets in USA and Europe. Continued investment, patenting and commercialisation of new PH330 acoustic technology for processor head applications. Formation of a joint venture with UK Forestry Commission to commercilise this technology in UK and Europe. Nigel has been learning and promoting design thinking as part of InFacts offering since 2005. Satherley Design is a well established design consultancy which produced formative designs for ICL Computers and Tadpole Technologies. The company led by Richard Satherley was formed 30+ years ago and now performs development through user centred design processes. Projects managed during my employment included the Medelec EMG, Tadpole magnesium notebook and Madge Networks switch systems.
