Nigel is a highly regarded leader in the industry, with a wealth of experience in the boardrooms of property and construction companies, both client-side and contractor-side. He became a major shareholder of Complete Construction in 2018, being non-executive chair until he recently commenced as Managing Director of Complete to govern the company’s strategic growth. Nigel has an outstanding track record in leading complex infrastructure and property projects having procured and delivered Watercare's $1.5b Central Interceptor project as client-side Commercial Director. He is appointed by ACC Investments to the Board of Directors of its Dowling St property joint venture.He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. He is expert in:- Governance, for companies, organisations and projects- Feasibility, business case, project strategy & procurement relating to infrastructure, property and construction- Reducing risk through high quality decision making and through implementation of risk management processes- Negotiation of complex forms of contract- Management of infrastructure and building projects with high levels of commercial, stakeholder, technical and delivery complexity.
