-Follow up all orders from booking inspection to shipment date to ensure smooth logistics operations;-Coordinate with internal order management team to plan urgent orders as per deadline;-Coordinate operations of forwarders and shipping lines to maintain delivery dates committed to countries;-Follow up and coordinate AIR shipment and goods transportation by sea in respect of delivery period;-Ensure monthly closing and forwarders/3PL are completed within deadline;-Ensure the respect of our SOP logistics procedures & internal process;-Improve container optimization and equipment utilization levels to save logistics cost for the company;-Implement various new projects or steps to save cost for organization and improve performance in terms of logistics and supply chain operations.

1. Shipment booking2. Report to Sea and Air Freight department about their past day working issues2. Find out the Gaps (missing bookings, missing SI etc) from daily workings of the respective departments and find solution of those Gaps3. Work on Customer Survey which is dealt with Agility's local supplier, customers and vendors to find out the issues and then visit them personally to serve them better4. Closely work with IT department on behalf of Department (Product) to implement process and system for smooth operation. 5. Monitor operation 360 excellence
