Leading the development of Weeder, an innovative blockchain-powered platform that unites the global cannabis community. Designing and implementing a unique token ecosystem to incentivize growth. Spearheading the team in building a next-generation, open-source platform that leverages AI and community engagement to revolutionize the cannabis industry.

As the Interim Head of Growth, my primary responsibility was to explore new revenue-generating opportunities and optimize existing methods for the company's products. This involved attracting B2B clients for listing on the exchange, conducting co-marketing activities, and launching new products and features. I provided marketing support for existing products through press releases, email campaigns, and social media marketing. My role also included hiring and team management, overseeing new product teams, marketing teams, and sales teams (>50 people).

As a Lead Product Manager, I was responsible for managing product teams using the Scrum methodology, working with existing products, and launching new ones. I excelled in finding and testing hypotheses, creating backlogs for developers, analysts, and testers, and overall demonstrated a strong product management proficiency.

As the Lead Project Manager, I worked closely with stakeholders and managed the development process. I successfully assembled a team of developers (specializing in native iOS/Android, web, and backend technologies) and designers from the ground up. Under my guidance, we spearheaded the redesign of the company's products, encompassing card design, personal accounts, and services for sellers, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.

AlphaApps is a dynamic German-Arabic company that specializes in launching innovative products tailored for the Middle East market. During my tenure at the company, I played a crucial role in designing the region's first and foremost localized trivia game. This breakthrough offering captivated the Middle Eastern audience at the time with its unique blend of culturally relevant content and engaging gameplay. My responsibilities also extended to devising novel game concepts and establishing efficient community management systems to foster a vibrant and thriving user base.

I developed interfaces for mobile applications and websites. My responsibilities included interface design, concept design, and the creation of the final version of it. On the first point, I conducted research, built a content strategy, and then created an interface. At the stage of the design concept, I suggested one or more visual solutions and then modified them. At the last stage, I filled the content to some extent by writing text and selecting appropriate titles. I also worked on motion design in the development of mobile applications, specifically creating animations in After Effects for developers.
