Graduated Aoyama Gakuin University, BA of Law. Fluent in English communications and have experiences using English daily basis at non-Japanese company in overseas.Joined Toshin Development Co., Ltd. in 2005. I was in charge of vendor management (security / cleaning / insects & rodents control / garden maintenance / parking lot management, etc.) and tenant relations at Tamagawa Takashimaya SC in Tokyo Japan. In 2006, relocated for launching new shopping mall, in charge of facility planning and operation scheme planning for Nagareyama Otakanomori SC and continued mall management until 2007.From 2008, moved to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam as a member of the overseas development department for new real estate development/project for Takashimaya group. I was mainly in charge of market surveys and negotiations with real estate property owners, aiming to acquire real estate projects aimed at real estate investment and opening of Takashimaya department stores. In 2012 After working in Vietnam for about 4 years, returned to Tokyo after signed the deal for real estate investment in Saigon Center in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City which include opening Takashimaya as anchor tenant and confirmation of participation in shopping mall management. In 2013 I was in charge of domestic development support and project management of new shopping mall. In 2014, business standardization of domestic real estate properties, internal and external coordination of various investment projects, supporting IT investment and implementations, etc at the head office corporate planning department. In 2017, I was assigned to Singapore and was appointed as the deputy general manager of the shopping mall management at Singapore Takashimaya SC. From 2018, seconded from Toshin Development to Singapore company called Keppel Land Vietnam. I am assigned as a General manager of retail management and director of the Saigon Center, a large-scale complex project in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, I am leading Vietnamese staffs for managing Saigon Centre shopping mall as a part of the management in Keppel Land.
