Planned and implemented the 22-month Sound Of Madness world tour. Successfully lead a team of 75 people around the U.S. seven times, three trips to Europe and one Australian segment. I was responsible for all aspects of logistics as well as production. I successfully reorganized the staff making replacements and combining roles to better streamline.

I was hired into the company that was spending beyond its means and operating in the red. I downsized operations, reduced staff and streamlined processes through careful capital expenditures. In the first quarter of my tenure we made it to break even and the remaining three quarters of my tenure we operated at a profit. We successfully toured the U.S..

I handled all typical tour manager duties for a variety of The Firms artist such as, Korn, Kelly Clarkson, The Wreckers, Army of Anyone and Chris Cornell.

Lead a team of 18 as we traversed the globe over seven months, successfully coordinating and executing 130 events in the U.S., Japan, Malaysia and the Philippines.I was responsible for all production related logistics and daily needs of the touring entourage. Completely and effectively communicated the needs of our touring production with local promoters.

Hired at the beginning of the Breakaway Tour to handle all coordination of production logistics. Successfully handled the bidding process for sound, lights, video, truck and bus vendors. I was a key individual in the concept, design and execution of the Breakaway arena tour. Once in place, I directed a team of 45 as we embarked on a ten-month, 180 event.
