Effectively communicate with different units within RSC MENA on requests of any case files, travel packets, or medical transmissions as required. 6. Conduct quarterly file inventory to ensure file locations are properly updated on IFS.7. Ensure consistency between the actions made on physical files and updates made on WRAPS. 8. Recreate physical files for reactivated cases sent back to RSC MENA by NRC.9. Assist in printing out and photocopying of medical forms upon request by the RFT unit.10. Ensure proper handling of physical files and documents.11. Train other personnel as needed.12. Meet daily targets as set by management; take action on quality control reports 13. Ensure, maintain and monitor confidentiality of all RSC matters following the United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) standards of conduct and IOM data protection rules;14.
