Research And Development Engineer
Current• Conducting feasibility studies in line with new product project demands from private customers,• Taking into account the brand strategies and expectations of private customers, with the focus of innovation, making new product recipes in accordance with the regulations and carrying out existing product improvement studies,• Determining the raw materials required for the new product and obtaining samples by negotiating with the suppliers,• Execution of laboratory studies and pilot trials of new products,• Organizing tasting activities of new product samples with private customers and obtaining approval,• Making production trials to determine the capacity and suitability of new products for production,• Entering new BOMs to SAP,• Entering the raw material, semi-finished product and product specifications of the new product into the QDMS quality system,• Preparing new product declarations and sharing them with the marketing department,• Content controls of the new product packaging design, submission of revisions, if any, and approval,• Analyzing new products and reporting by monitoring the shelf life,• Ensuring cost, deviation and quality optimization of newly produced products,• Making the required revisions in line with the customer demand, making the declaration changes and carrying out the process improvement activities,• Performing bill of materials verifications and reporting on existing products,• Holding meetings about the projects carried out with the university within the scope of the R&D center activities and following the project,• Conducting competitor product analyzes regularly and identifying development areas,• To follow scientific, technological and sectoral developments,• Presenting innovative ideas for semi-finished and finished product development in line with trends,
