Dermatology line , responsible for marketing of Performa and Brimondalous.* Setting annual marketing plan, including all the strategies and tactics to be implemented during the year.* Launching of new product : Brimondalous.* Arrangements of 3 successful stand alones meetings locally with KOL speakers and most potential dermatologists attendees.* Responsible for training (medical knowledge ,product knowledge and materials use) for newly hired medical representatives. * Double visits and coaching for the sales , ensuring the right execution of marketing campaign and the use of materials as per the agreed upon strategy.* Strong analytic knowledge of IMS and trend curves to track product positioning as a market leader in the Minoxidil market and to always find and catch new opportunities .* Planning and arranging health days in governmental hospitals , doctor's clinic and big pharmacies* Start using Dermo-scopes machines , (which help to detect the reason of hair falling )

- Leading a team of 9 educators for the areas of (Nasr City, Masr el Gedida, Cairo east, Settlements) Cairo, Alexandria, Behira, Gharbiya and (Meniya, Banissuef and Assiut) Upper Egypt. (Based in Cairo)- Responsible in achieving annual business plan and business growth.- Supporting other sales and marketing to achieve the company objective by execution of brand and direct marketing projects.- Marketing events planning and coordinating at public areas (clubs, malls, and childhood related events) and private areas (schools, nurseries, hospitals, clinics).- Ensure implementation of area activities as agreed.- Responsible for the promoting materials used by the direct to customer team.- Recruit, hire and develop educators on a timely basis.- Conducting training for product, nutrition and sales knowledge.- Monitoring and reporting educators’ effect on Product awareness. - Monitoring and reporting educators’ effect on sales Growth.- Direct coaching of the educators and set developmental plan for team members.

- Responsible for HCP’s management for Alexandria ( All areas) - Responsible for achieving the company sales plan and targets of Pediasure / Ensure product with top customers in Alexandria. - Responsible for the double visit of the newly hired medical representatives in Alex.- Handling the summer trainees covering Alexandria including training, coaching and reporting.- Responsible for growing the market project of Direct To Consumer in Alexandria from 1 to 3 educators to engage more top doctors in Alexandria .

- Responsible for HCP’s management in East of Alexandria.- Responsible for achieving the company sales plan and targets on various products such as: Prevenar vaccine, the anti-infective products: Zithromax suspension and capsule, Zmax, Cefobid 0.5 & 1g injection, Dalacin C 300mg and on analgesic: Feldene (Flash, dispersible and ampoule forms).
