As a Manufacturing Engineer at Atul Auto Ltd., I work on the green field project of new line setup and their requirements for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV). I am responsible for formulating and floating enquiries, negotiating and creating purchase orders, and preparing RFQs after DAP approval.I also handle the installation, trial, commissioning, and handover of machines to the Production team, as well as provide tools and training as per the requirements of Production and Quality. Additionally, I design and implement processes such as PCP, PFMEA, PFC, and SOP, and conduct feasibility studies and solve issues related to Engine Assembly and Testing. I have 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing field, including 1.6 year as a Manufacturing Trainee Engineer at Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. I graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya in 2022, and I have completed multiple certifications in Cybersecurity and Packet Tracer from Cisco. I am passionate about improving the manufacturing process and efficiency, and I aim to leverage my skills and knowledge in BEV and Facilities to contribute to the growth and innovation of Atul Auto Ltd.
