Current• Research and Development of Water-based Sealcoating products and processes.• Test Data analysis (Quality analysis, Abrasion Resistance, Water Absorption/Desorption, Weathering, etc.) of current products and improving their performance.• Sealcoating functionality testing for long-term success and amended production methods• Optimization of Lab scale chemical processes into efficient, robust, safe, and profitable processes for scaling up to pilot and full-scale production• Cleaning and maintenance of equipment to optimize performance.• Ordered supplies and inventoried chemicals and materials on regular basis according to control and research requirements.• Assisting customers with their queries about the products’ information, application procedures and resolving issues.• Effective Marketing of our business at North American trade expos such as National Pavement Expo and World of Concrete.
