I am a final year student pursuing a BS-MS Dual Degree in Data Science Engineering with a minor (completed) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Expected to graduate in 2024, I am equipped with a strong foundation in data science principles and practical engineering skills. For Master's Thesis, I am currently working on domain generalization and adaptation techniques in 3D LiDAR Point Clouds.Throughout my academic journey, I have immersed myself in a multidisciplinary curriculum, exploring diverse subjects such as Spatial Data Science, Process Mining, Biometrics, and more. This comprehensive approach has allowed me to utilize my expertise from Machine Learning and Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Reinforcement Learning, as well as Applied Optimization and Algorithms.Currently, I am actively involved in projects under the guidance of Dr. Vaibhav Kumar in the GeoAI Lab, where I am applying my knowledge and skills to real-world challenges. I have worked on projects utilizing multi-spectral and hyper-spectral images also. I have maintained a cumulative performance index of 8.57 out of 10 (8 semesters), showcasing my dedication to academic excellence.Capable in programming languages such as C, Python, and MATLAB, I have effectively utilized a range of libraries and frameworks including Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. I am also familiar with tools like QGIS and ArcGIS and annotation tools such as CVAT. Moreover, my skills extends to working with databases, specifically MySQL and SQL queries in QGIS, enabling efficient management and analysis of datasets.I have actively contributed to projects focused on generative computer vision networks, with a specific emphasis on Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). These experiences have sharpened my ability to develop innovative solutions within the generative domain.I am eager to leverage my skills and knowledge to make a significant impact in the field of data science and engineering. Our innovative solution involves generating high-resolution satellite images based on the semantic labels, enabling efficient data augmentation and dataset preparation. This approach provides multiple variations of ground satellite images for the same labels, facilitating large-scale data augmentation.Our primary objectives include developing an annotated dataset for Mumbai City using high-resolution satellite data. The dataset will be accessible through a sophisticated web-based dashboard, offering a user-friendly interface for data exploration and utilization. Additionally, we aim to compare and develop paired Image-to-Image translation GAN models that specialize in generating high-resolution satellite imagery for dense urban environments based on input semantic labels. This comparison will identify the most effective model for producing realistic and accurate satellite images in context of Indian environment.Furthermore, we are committed to creating a comprehensive web-based system that not only disseminates our findings but also serves as a software-as-a-service platform.
