In addition to driving Sales: •Collaborated internally with KAM and Tech team to retain business MOM, shared ideas to scale monthly revenue, and provided market feedback to tech. •Did strategic meetings/campaigns/events with Partnerships and Marketing teams to generate qualified leads and nurture them towards closure via Agencies/Strategic Partners in good faith. •Drove inter-team collabs for Wigzo’s Sales Team with other internal Sales Team (Shiprocket Checkout, Engage, Last Mile) to cross sell/upsell different products and increase Shiprocket’s presence as a whole in a brand’s D2C ecosystem.• Provided real-time feedback on product requirements as per client to the product team for us to create product roadmap, enable market standard or custom features, and scale the product as per customer needs.

•Had complete ownership of the Sales Cycle. Setting up product demos with brands, driving exploratory meetings, selling the value prop, negotiations, stepping up during escalations, and client retention were my key tasks at Wigzo.

•Joined Wigzo Technologies as an Associate for B2B Enterprise Sales which was later acquired by Shiprocket. •Collaborated with D2C founders, CMOs, and Retention Heads to implement the product as their retention engine that helped brands optimise conversion rates and drive repeat sales on website via Email, SMS, and WA through automations, segmented broadcasts whilst converting visitors into subscribers.•Cold Calls, Email drips, LinkedIn reach outs, Inbound Leads.
