Started my career off as a Technical Recruiter on the agency side from 2003 till 2013. In those 10 years, I worked at Robert Half Technology (Recruiter as well as Account Executive) and CyberCoders (Full-Cycle Desk from business development to recruiting).In July 2013, I decided to leave the agency side of recruiting and go internally joining the HR/People side of various organizations. Since that time, I had a chance to gain a lot of experience working at Auction.com, Guthy|Renker, AssetAvenue.com(start-up), Red-Bull Media House, and now Magnite (fka Rubicon Project) and grow my career.In October 2021, I decided to shift my focus from Talent Acquisition to the People Business Partner function at Magnite and enhance my career as an HR professional.
