OCTG Department

• Responsible for managing both drilling rigs and energy services tenders and work along with all relevant stakeholders to determine the scope of services and coordinate the development of the execution strategy to be offered within each tender.• Review tender deliverables provided by other departments and suggest amendments as necessary to maintain a structured a seamless proposal without conflict.• Oversee the complete submission through to delivery to the client.• Work closely with the operation teams and services to ensure that all requirements of the tender are covered and tendering processes are followed.• Ensuring the client’s questions are addressed and that the completed tender is issued as prescribed and in a timely manner. • Conduct and track the contractual correspondence. Monitoring the consistency of contractual liability.

• Responsible for managing public and private tendering process, coordination of quotations and contract review for direct sales.• Coordinate tendering process with logistics support for the sales team.• Validate tender requirements, highlight risks to the commercial team, when it comes to penalties or other aspects of the tender.• Provide policy and process support to sales team on tendering: information collection, country policy research etc.• Manage internal deal review process of terms and conditions prior to contract signature for direct sales with the commercial, legal and finance teams.• Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements when dealing with governments.• Assisting the business development and technical tendering team in all aspects of business development, preparation of expression of interests, preparation of bids, drafting of technical proposals. • Assisting development of trade activities and International projects.• Conduct and finalize the contract negotiations coordinated with law section and project coordinators.• Conduct and track the contractual correspondence.• Monitoring the consistency of contractual liability.

• Direct purchasing operations for the construction of 100mio US Dollar worth infrastructure, electrical distribution projects. • Analyzing products in terms of features and benefits as well as price points. • Coordinating the import and export operations.• Negotiation with key vendors for long-term agreements and programs. • Preparation of procurement contracts in cooperation with legal bureau. • Managing shipments and negotiating with forwarders. • Preparation of written procurement and logistic status reports for project management. • Researching potential international markets. • Holding all the commercial and official correspondence regarding the project.
