• Successfully did genetic, physical, and physiological seed quality tests such as genetic purity of DNA-based seeds using SSRs, physical purity, determination of moisture content, 1000 seed weight test, germination test, and vigor test in 2 varieties of soybean seeds. • Assisted in other seed quality tests such as seed borne-pathogenic bacteria in garlic, seed borne-pathogenic fungal in paddy, paddy and corn germination test, eggplant determination of moisture content, and corn 1000 seed weight test.
