Follow up for Engineering & Quality release5. Supplier capacity confirmation-Logical analysis of Technical /Engineering changes, BOM analysis, Part sourcing definition.-Ensuring the availability of parts as per Pre Series build requirement.-Releasing schedules and weekly forecast to all suppliers.-Confirmation of new parts readiness, monitoring part changes at supplier end, analysis of car features and requirements.-To solve system related (SAP) issues for new parts in project phase.-Reporting critical issues & proposing solutions of supply chain management related topics in FG (Fachgruppe) meeting.-Responsible for part readiness of FMK (Forum Material kosten) & Kostenklausur points.-Conducting supplier meetings of critical parts for reviewing readiness status weekly.-Participating in audits at suppliers along with Quality & Purchase for capacity verification.-Providing decision for usage of leftover parts after pre series car build with concerned department.-Ensuring Packaging signoff, Transportation agreements for new suppliers.-Handover of parts to series disposition for procurement after readiness completion.-Identify potential complexity reduction ideas, review with supplier for ideas & follow up for implementation with Finance for Cost, Space saving from Logistics planning, Technical approval from R&D, Commercial confirmation from Purchase.-Identify the BNK( transportation) saving ideas, review with supplier & implementing.
