Cross checking smooth functioning of hospital units by making a frequent visit monthly wise. Interaction with GM & CFO for financial issues of the hospitals. Critical situations handling.In my past 3 years role as the administrative officer at Vedanta hospital, Lanjigarh, I was responsible for all types of managerial activities like managing day to day activities of hospital, vendor payment, salary processing, scrutinizing employees' performance and appraisals.In my initial career with Consumer Media Network Pvt Ltd an SEO firm, I've worked for 3.5 years from an executive to team leader. Where I was responsible for strategizing the work procedures, training new employees and report preparations etc.I could successfully bring the expected changes and streamline the work procedures in every organization I have worked with.
