> Maintain high level of accuracy and professionalism.> Project management of Dispense/POS software systems implementation Startup/planning/ Coordination/ Delivery/Review/Handover/Billing/Closure.> Create scope of works/Analyse risks/ workout realistic time expectations.> Develop improvement methods from learning’s log..> Set the expectations with re to timeframe, deliverables and accountability.> Managing allocation of work and training junior technicians.> Perform phone/email survey about the jobs done by Implementations team.> 3rd party dealings (e.g. hospital IT Admin, rural techs> Provide proactive feedback to deployments manager with regards to projects, processes, operations and people.> Team and operations Coordinator Role:> Leading the team in areas of project management of Dispense and POS installations. Leading the team in areas of day to day operations and decision making for service tickets and project tickets.> Ensure equal distribution of works to all team members.> Take disciplinary action where required as per company policy.> Complaint handling and case management.> Taking all responsibilities over in absence of deployment team manager.> Install/configure/troubleshoot MS RMS using MSDE, SQL 2005, 2008,> Install/configure/troubleshoot SVR 2008, 2003. SBS 2003,2000( AD,DHCP,IIS)> Configure backups (including SQL backups).> Configure internet, restrict internet where requested, set rules on request.> Configure and deploy fax, printing services, routers, firewalls.> Configure Network/local printers.> Trouble shooting hand held satscan guns, pda’s.> Converting clients from other POS to our POS software. (In MS access).> Lots of data analysis and testing conversions.> EFTPOS configuration using Quest, PC EFTPOS and Tyro
