I was part of Cost as a Technology team at GE Aviation for almost an year. As a part of this role, I was responsible for developing physics-based cost model in a third party tool aPriori to make it compatible to Aviation requirements. This tool is used for should costing and help in cost out for the business. I was also involved in end-to-end development of digital tool Cost Guide which will enable new users to start should costing and bring various costing tools under one platform.

Worded as an Edison Engineer (one of the renowned Leadership Program) in General Electric Aviation business has been a great experience. Got an opportunity to explore wide range of domains including design, analysis, materials, and advanced technologies like cold spray, and Cost As a Technology. Also, I got the opportunity to go through various leadership trainings like Activating Leadership Jouney, Six Sigma, Engage, etc.

Worked on Design and Optimisation of Bistable Mechanisms which finds application in MEMS devices, switches, circuit breakers etc.

• Mathematical modeling in C language for Liquid flow through structured bed as well as random bed of particles without gas flow• Aimed to find a solution to optimize the functioning of blast furnace which is strongly dependent on the liquid flow pattern through coke particles

Project:"Optimization of Chemical Utilization in Cooling Towers"Learnt about various Manufacturing deparment, engine assembly, frame assembly Planning and control etc

I had a hand on experience on designing software Pro-Engineer and also learnt about various types of cutters.
