● Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources afteridentification of manpower requirements.● Takes ownership and responsibility of team for delivery of quality services as per SLA. ● Sourcing relevant candidates through Campus, walk-in Drives, job portals, social networking sites & consultants● Conducting Pre & Post Reference check of the shortlisted candidates● Coordinating with the management till final placement● Responsible for advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing ads in a wide range of media e.g. Websites, Newspapers, Journals, etc.TRAINING:● Coordinate with HOD’s & senior management & Scheduling and conducting the training ● Maintain attendance records of training attended● Delivered presentations, seminars and conducted various events in distinctive companies
