Niharika is currently working as a Senior Consultant with the Analytics and Cognitive function at Deloitte India. She completed her MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Prior to that, she has nearly two years of experience working in the telecommunications industry at Ericsson India. At Ericsson, Niharika worked in the Bid Office as part of the Cloud Infrastructure Team and worked on RFPs from major telecom players such as Bharti Airtel and Singtel Optus. She is one of the youngest recipients of the Ericsson Power Award, a manager recommended honor, in 2017.Niharika completed her B.Tech in the field of Computer Science and Engineering and nurtures a variety of interests in music, art and writing.
