Hello! I'm Niharika, an Assistant Manager at Genpact with a background in Human Resources and a PGDM-HR from IMI, New Delhi. During my academic journey, I interned at Lowe's India, Internshala, HW Saver LLP, and MRS Group of Hotels, gaining hands-on experience in client servicing and HR management.I take pride in my contributions to award-winning teams, having secured the winner's position in the Kronos HR Case Competition by XLRI Jamshedpur and the Second Global Industrial Relations Summit Paper Writing Competition. Additionally, my teams were runners-up at the HR Tournament by IIM Indore, decipHR competition by NMIMS Bangalore, and national finalists at Samanvay'22 AdHRit by IIT Madras.A highlight was collaborating with Busy Infotech on a live project focused on elevating employee engagement.
