• Built an MVP for the mobile app that could not only control the medical device but also help in the complete management of intravenous fluid and drug delivery in hospitals

• Worked in the High-Performance Computing - Medical and Bioinformatics Applications (HPC-M&BA) department at the C-DAC headquarters to implement data science in the field of molecular dynamics.𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱.
• Owned and launched a data analytics and mining tool to predict naturally occurring hydrogen bond patterns in complex molecules which enabled scientists to identify cancer cells
• Structured a large dataset consisting of atomic coordinates in 3-dimensional space, in order to minimise the computational costs
• Computed required specifications and extracted features from this dataset for further processing
• Applied Machine learning algorithms to predict intermolecular behaviour
• Achieved a prediction accuracy of 95%

• SpotSense is a growing startup in the healthcare space driven by the objective of making healthcare affordable and accessible and bringing diagnostics from pathology labs to homes.𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Programmed a Cortex M4 microcontroller to read the current signals from a rapid diagnostics device used for detecting neonatal sepsis, and processing the signals to obtain accurate results.
• Built a mobile application to display the results from the device, which could connect to the mobile via Bluetooth.
