The opportunity to get into the shoes of a customer and help enhance a certain aspect of their experience, in today's digital age, is what excites me the most. And hence, my career aspiration is to be a product leader in the B2C space.I am currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon Prime Video. Prior to this I was Product Manager with the Post Order Automation and Customer Experience Team at Amazon.I have completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA-equivalent), class of 2020, from S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research with a major in Information Management and minor in Marketing. At SPJIMR, I received the Dean’s Top Twenty Award and the Value Based Leader (Top 5) Award. I was also the Head Coordinator of the Student Body Unit, an elected committee responsible for the batch’s placement preparations.Before pursuing my MBA, I worked as a Technology Analyst at Barclays for 3 years. I designed and developed full-stack software solutions, specializing in Java EE and related technologies, whilst upholding the latest Agile and DevOps practices. I also led cloud migration and automation activities across projects. I was nominated as Best Entry Level Talent, received the Global Recognition Award for Service, and was adjudged among the Top 5 reverse mentors in India. I also organized and participated in CSR initiatives such as raising funds for a school for autistic children and teaching computer literacy at Hope Foundation.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Vidyalankar Institute of Technology. At VIT, as the General Secretary of Computer Engineering Students’ Association, I conducted techno-vocational workshops for students. I completed internship at two budding start-ups, Bucketbolt and The Zero Games, and was also the Head of Drama Club. In school, I held the positions of Dy. Head Boy and Director of Interact Club and was among the school toppers in Xth Boards.A will-do attitude, persistence, communication adroitness, creativity, and empathy are my strengths. My other interests include public speaking, dance, drama, cinema, and trekking.
