I've always been drawn to the spaces between - where academia meets action, where innovation encounters tradition, where sustainability intersects with social justice. It's in these intersections that I find my purpose as a serendipitous visionary and independent thinker. My journey defies conventional paths. While others saw accounting as numbers, I saw it as a language of transformation and praxis. While they viewed education as knowledge transfer, I reimagined it as a catalyst for systemic change. This perspective led me to challenge established norms, whether in the halls of Paris Dauphine University, Institut Mines Telecom, or the boardrooms of the UAE's innovation ecosystem.I'm fascinated by the poetry of possibility being a phenomenologist, deeply impacted by Heidegger, who followed the unforgettable seminars of Francesco Varela and more recently Werner Erhard - how a Design Thinking workshop can spark a disruption in mindset, how a nature-based carbon project can transform the lives of frontline communities, how an ontological approach to leadership can unlock human potential. These aren't just professional interests; they're expressions of my belief in the power of connecting seemingly disparate dots.Today, I'm orchestrating a dance between economic systems, environmental preservation and community empowerment, reimagining how humans can live in harmony with forests and their guardians. My voice carries the resonance of multiple worlds - from the critical thinking of academia to the pragmatic demands of entrepreneurship, from the strategic insights of corporate governance to the grassroots wisdom of community development. Each role I've embraced, whether as a professor, CEO, or thought leader, has added a new dimension to my understanding of what's possible when we dare to think differently.I'm not interested in maintaining the status quo. My research challenges conventional accounting and financial models, my teaching disrupts traditional learning paradigms, and my entrepreneurial ventures question established market approaches.I thrive on serendipitous connections - between ideas, people, and possibilities. Whether I'm speaking at global forums, facilitating leadership transformations, or designing innovation ecosystems, I'm always seeking those magical moments where insight meets opportunity. My story isn't about positions held. It's about the courage to question, the wisdom to listen, and the determination to act. It's about being a citizen of the world who sees beyond boundaries and believes in the power of transformative change.
