► Monitor and analyze financial performance against Budget, identifying trends and areas of concern for opportunities and improvement.► Participating in the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term financial plan for all the JV’s.► Controlling and preparing detailed cost center budgets with the department owners.► Preparing financial reports, variance analysis, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.► Data Mining, Analyzing and Reporting with valuable insights and Dashboards along with Ratios, KPI's and Key Drivers for decision making.► Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including Ratio Analysis, variance analysis, scenario modelling, Monthly Cost control Analysis, Pricing Analysis, and sensitivity analysis to identify trends.► Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting► Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities► Ensuring compliance with international financial regulations and reporting standards► Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning► Participating in Benchmarking exercise in partnering with Major Consultant.

► Preparing weekly and monthly In-depth Dashboard & Operational Highlights to the Top Management and Key Shareholders.► Preparing and Reviewing Board slides, AGM reports for the company on Financial & Operational aspects.► Participate in projects of the company such as, designing & simulation of shared service cost allocation, reviewing yearly allocated costs, company procedure updates. ► Force majeure, Take or Pay and other special contract terms are monitored regularly and analyzed when such event arises.► Preparing project investment feasibility studies, specially focusing on detailed NPV, payback, IRR calculations.

• Handling operational and risk based audits with in depth knowledge in the aspects of Financial Accounting and Reporting, post and pre- costing, Investments, Procurement, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Information Technology, Fixed Asset Maintenance, Inventory, Human Resources and Regulatory compliance.• Reviewing and recommending changes in major financial accounting areas, including General Ledger accounting, accounts Payable & Receivable & financial reconciliations.• Analyzing, recommending & developing financial accounting policies and procedures in light of Accounting standards and control adherence accordingly.• Reviewing monthly financial statements and financial operations for the Organization including Accts Payable, Accts Receivable, GL, Fixed Assets and Payroll.• Preparing Financial and non Financial KPI’s and analyzing the same for major companies.• Reviewing the Fixed Asset and associated depreciation schedules and ensuring proper recording of new purchases and disposals• Identifying, analyzing and discussing the risks associated with the clients in each area of business and provide the way of mitigating the risk and appropriate recommendations.• Engaged in the review and preparation of internal audit reports, which comprise of evaluation of internal control systems highlighting the weaknesses in relation to internal controls and recommendations for improvements, Review and analyze internal control weaknesses.• Examine and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards and propose adjusting journal entries with clients.• Ensuring vouchers, invoices, accounting statements, reports, and general ledger accounts with various registers.• Ensuring accurate, complete and up-to-date documentation of all financial activities.
