Hey! I am Nischal. 😁As a part of the Health & Life Insurance Engineering team at Acko Insurance, I work with the product and business teams to provide seamless experience to major organisations across the country provide a comprehensive insurance coverage to their employees. Before Joining Acko Insurance, I was part of the Customer Success Engineering team at Jupiter Money for a good couple of years, where I worked with Customer Support to provide delight to our customers whenever they face a problem while using our digital banking app, Jupiter. I was deeply involved in crafting and executing solutions for our customer support team to help serve our customers better every day.Before being a part of Jupiter Money, I served as a Software Engineer at GeekyAnts, India for a year. I worked full-time for an off-shore client, an early-stage startup operating in the PropTech space in North America where I was involved in the day-to-day functioning of the main business coming through the web app. I also got the opportunity to lead multiple 0-1 initiatives like building a Reddit-esque Chrome extension called 'Home Buzz' which brought social-media experience to real-estate by facilitating users to rate properties, leave comments, and see trending homes across the new england america region.
