Overseeing Operations, Agronomy, Equipment Management and Procurement in 700 ha Fruit orchards.

- Participation in developing the planting strategy of the Company including identification of high oil-yield olive and self-fertile, late-blooming almond varieties - Co-authoring planting strategy of Company including design of Super High Density almond and olive orchards, participation in design of drip irrigation systems and orchard management policy of Company- Qualitative selection of almond rootstocks; academic and practical investigation over identification of old olive varieties and application of right agronomic measures to revive the old orchards.- Restoration of traditional olive and almond orchards in Absheron Pns.- Establishment of Super High Density Olive and Almond orchards - Participation in agronomic management of orchards- Research and Development within the field- Design and implement field experiments- Broad scope of knowledge that includes crop and soil science, meteorology, crop physiology, and related fields like predictive modeling- Collecting soil chemical and physical properties- Mapping soil, engage in yield modeling, and plant breeding.- Performing computational statistics, data mining, model building- Conducting research and experiments to improve the quantity and quality of field crops- Developing new and better ways to process, package, and deliver food products- Analyzing agricultural data and report on findings- Communicating with researchers, educators, government departments, and business managers- Analyzing soil composition as it relates to plant growth

- Taking on some of the CEO's responsibilities and working more closely with the management of Company's subsidiaries on various projects;- Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence;- Carried responsibility to lead talks with potential investors, international counterparts of Company;- Advising CEO on the agriculture branch of the Group;- Carried out background research and presented findings on the modern horticultural practices;- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings;- Carrying out specific projects;- Responsibility for accounts and budgets;

- Co-Authoring General Master Plan of first ever Agropark Project in Azerbaijan; - Participating in realization of Logistics Center Master Plan strategy which is to bring under one roof of 24 000 t Multifunctional Cold Storage with One-Panel Operation System with the Ultra Low Oxygen technology (including pre-cooling, washing area, clean room, disinfection area of recyclable plastic boxes), All-Round Calibration and Packaging Line (with the production capacity of 50 ton/hour), Tray Forming and Board Folding Line; - Drafting concept of establishment first ever detaining room in Azerbaijan with the target of eliminating astringency in persimmon.- Participation in developing annual Action Plan;- Cooperating closely with the PMC, Construction, Design and other subcontractor companies; - Representing the Company in weekly meetings with subcontractors;- Representing the Company in many agricultural Fairs throughout Europe;- Being involved in decision-making over general organizational and administrative internal and external affairs;- Identification of branding and marketing strategy of the Company;- Accompanying Company CEO on frequent trips abroad and in Azerbaijan.
