I have work experience on Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Chennai, Deputed by Tech Mahindra and there i was worked in XUV 700 Vehicle project and there my responsibility will be Application of GD&T and providing datum strategy for Automotive components like BIW (Underbody, Upperbody, Closures) , Interior and Exterior Trims and perform 1D Tolerance stackup (RSS Method) and 3D Tolerance stackup analysis (Catia V5 3DCS).Worked as a Mechanics CAD Engineer in Valeo India Pvt Ltd, Chennai, There myself and my team were working on product based projects related to Comfort and Driving Assistance. My responsibility is to perform Dimensional Variation Analysis (3D Tolerance Stackup Analysis using Catia V5 3DCS) for various products like Transmission control module (TCM), Steering Wheel Switch, Driver Monitoring System Camera, Enhanced Vehicle Automation sensors, Parking Sensor Cameras, PRND Lever on TCM, Head Up Display, Gen 6 HKMC Camera, Ultra Wideband (UWB) - radio-based communication technology automotive products, TR Paddle Switch Products.
