How can we regenerate the natural world? What kind of society supports wellbeing for all? And what kind of person do you want to be? And how to combine these three dimensions (person, society, Earth) in one picture and discover sustainable solutions?From 2007, I have been helping, training and coaching management and team leads who want to improve their organisations. But for this mission I cannot help: we have to find a new paradigm togehter. Together with those who are willing to look beyond next year’s shareholder meeting. It is a small step to new business models and a wellbeing economy. We need to change our economic thinking! To start with economics education.Creativity and an analytic and result driven approach are my main tools. Years of experience combined with a good sense of humour, a positive spirit and perseverance.I think the objective of change is to reach a ‘wellbeing economy’. Wellbeing is social justice on a living planet. To reach a wellbeing economy we need to:- Educate ourselves- without knowledge and insight, no one will move;- Act from a sustainable perspective – do not manage for short term profit;- Change is not happening on the drawing board – we need to get our hands dirty (sometimes literally); - Change happens when you find and solve root causes of the problems;- Passion for this world. And I love working in a setting where everyone loves his/her job.
