Accounts:• Examine journal vouchers, general ledgerreconciliations and numerous analyses including profitand loss variance, inter-company accounts.• Accounts Payable & Receivable with fund management.• Bank Reconciliation and project costing-Budget vsActuals.• Monitoring Petty cash/Cash transactions.• Handling Import documents and procedure (ShippingDocuments and Customs Clearance)• Create ad-hoc reports and financial statements.• Responsible for VAT compliance on time with Import &Export reconciliation.• Review, Approval and Initiating payment requestreceived in CRM.• Coordinated month-end closing processes to ensurecompletion ahead of aggressive deadlines.• Prepare MIS repots and assigned schedules for theannual and interim Audit.• Assisting in preparation of pricing, company budgetsand forecasting.Procurement:• Overseas procurement activity; contacting suppliers,managing orders, negotiating with suppliers to ensurevalue for money.• Maintain good relationship with vendors, suppliers,customers, and related party companies.• Monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance,according to an appropriate Service Level Agreement,on a continuous basis.• Responsible for order placement timing, supply /demand alignment, material replenishment andsupplier performance.• Drafting an appropriate service level agreement toproperly evaluate the performance of suppliers, andreport on this on a regular basis.• Review inventory and update as required to receiveorders from various departments.
