I am responsible for university cooperations (internship, MSc, PhD) with several universities (3TU, Aachen, Stanford) and work closely with Bosch Central Research in Stuttgart and Sunnyvale, California.

As a PhD student, I worked on the problem of interaction between fuel droplets and turbulence in turbulent spray flames. I used a PDF method for this, which solves stochastic equations (Langevin equations) using a Monte Carlo method. I coupled it with a classical Eulerian RANS solver to achieve faster convergence.
