CurrentAs head of all training activities and programmes at the FST IMI Accredited training centre, my role includes heading up a diverse training team and Managers; establish a VR/AI product research and development team; design specialist learner-centred training programmes that blend face-to-face, Virtual Reality, e-Learning, adaptive and blended instruction, using Artificial Intelligence and practical knowledge transfer - ‘learning by doing’ for disadvantaged adults and those in a forensic setting. VR/XR product design to expand/rework FST’s offering of life changing training and designing learning plans for work experience within a safe and empathic environment. Digital transformation to establish an effective, functional and impactful LMS and DMS from the ground up, establish a risk-averse Quality Management System, succession planning, train-the-trainer sessions and management upskilling, ensuring quality and performance is built in to all processes using Six Sigma and QbD tools. Analysing and establishing training programmes for statutory, mandatory and regulatory obligations that are dynamic and flexible to allow staff and clients to access learning tools that adapt to their learning style to achieve the accredited outcomes. Establish training content design standards that draw on film, music and games industry best practices and techniques to engage any audience, especially those with learning difficulties. Storyboarding training programmes that convey compelling narratives and materials for improved recall and higher assessment results, using the latest research in adult learning psychology. Design EDI courses to enable employers and managers to easily assimilate equality, diversity and inclusivity to potential employees on work placements and apprenticeships. Establish strategic policies and SOPs to meet audit responsibilities for our accredited training centres and planning training programmes at board level that align with the charity's mission and values.
