Also taking care of interfaces towards partner systems where applicable. Ensuring business requirements and values were maintained during development workshops with the vendor. I led the teams towards designing the solution to ensure full alignment across the business spectrum, on to testing and training finally to successful deployment with confident and competent users, ensuring working documents and instructions were created, logged and maintained by utilising TEAMS applications. Throughout the project I was able to coach and mentor team members, supporting them to become their best professional selves, this also supported succession into business roles as the organisation grew. I enjoy seeing colleagues grow and being part of their success. Following the projects I instigated a key user group to allow for ongoing improvements and new user training, also a data management group to ensure integrity of data and that segregation of duties controls were in place.
