Group Retail digital transformation with annual budget of 35mio EUR and with geo reach accross head office and 13 network banks.

- Leader of Risk Advisory function, covering Strategic, Operational, Cyber, Regulatory and Financial risk areas. Responsible for a strategic planning as part of management and executive committees, operational management, supervision, quality control and subject matter expertise. Essential part of role was direct client engagement work in both project delivery and project admin sides. - Operational management included: Business and Financial planning, P&L maintenance, hiring on all levels from intern to partner, thought leadership and eminence. - Served as technology alliances liaison and partner, including scouting, prioritization, negotiations, framework creation, contraction and running the business.- Worked across several industries: Telco, Energy &Resources, Financial Services, Automotive.

- Responsible for business analysis and project management, where task was to take high-level requirements and combine them with advice from business lines, IT, non-core units and break them down into detailed requirements, roadmaps, solution designs, screen mock-ups etc.- Delivered three strategic digital transformation programmes: Entire digitalization of document management; Automation, digitalization, optimization of corporate loan process;

Performed assorted support and analysis tasks, primarily data gathering and crunching, SOP writing, troubleshooting, summarization.

Supported projects development, in terms of definition of technical specification and statement of work, participation in testing. Monitored and critically evaluated the activities related to system development.
