I am a mum, wife, soul midwife, writer, student and occasional management consultant. I also have a passion for sustainable living, mental and emotional wellbeing and lots of dogs. As a mum, wife and middle aged woman, I am trying to manage the hell out of this thing called life. I am currently navigating a challenging menopause and doing my very best to make a mark in the universe and make the world just a little bit better, each and everyday.I am a fully qualified soul midwife, supporting people facing an end of life diagnosis on an emotional, psychological and spiritual level, to have the very best death they can.I love to write and vlog, to challenge the status quo, to 'show up and own up' and therefore encourage us all to embrace a truer, more sustainable reality.I'm a committed life long student, constantly learning through study, observations on life, my own personal experiences and that of others.As a management consultant, I have a wealth of experience across the public, private and the not for profit sector, in strategy development, programme management, performance management, organisational design, cost reduction, process design and business change. I have significant experience (25 years plus) with organisational transformation, from conception through to delivery and troubleshooting when required. I provide creative and innovative strategic thinking; I diagnose and solve problems; I shape and operationalise solutions; I engage, inspire and mentor people; I manage cultural transformations; I facilitate conflict resolution; and I am a passionate advocate, who 'walks the talk' when it comes to the wellbeing of people.I am available for consulting engagements, public speaking, podcasts, article writing and interviews on a wide array of subjects, both professional and personal.
