As SDVI's 'Marketing Ninja' I'm responsible for all corporate marketing communications activities, including video and written content creation, website and social media management, corporate and technical documentation, PR, tradeshow/event planning and execution, and all things corporate marketing.SDVI provides SaaS-based infrastructure management solutions that optimize the media supply chain for content owners, distributors and media facilities. The SDVI service pools and dynamically provisions processing, storage and networking resources wherever they may be located, enabling dramatic improvements in infrastructure flexibility, elasticity, speed and utilization.

Responsible for all local marketing activities in region, including campaign creation and delivery, all trade show and event execution from pre-planning through event execution, and all follow-up activities across EMEA. Planning, producing and managing regional sales kickoffs and channel partner conferences, and local seminars, technical conferences, channel partner events and internal summits. Working closely with regional and corporate sales and marketing colleagues to build and execute marketing communications strategies, such as creating and driving speaker opportunities, coordinating and hosting internal and external webinars and other digital marketing activities. Driving PR activities in-region, and working with internal and external agencies to create and execute advertising, case studies, press briefings etc.Lead and demand generation activities (online and offline), collection, distribution, reporting and tracking via CRM systems.Reporting to senior management on marketing activities in-region.

My brief was to increase SGL's brand equity in its chosen markets, and to increase brand awareness and positivity throughout the broadcast industry, whilst helping to grow market share and visibility.I managed all of SGL's marcoms activities, through trade show and other event management and coordination to web site and online marketing, as well as maintaining a strong corporate presence with partners, integrators and other customer groups.
