With extensive experience in end-to-end product development, I’ve played many roles in the design and delivery of myriad products and services, specialising in SaaS platforms and enterprise CMS.For a little over a decade now, I have been a senior/executive leader, instrumental in scaling teams, processes and products effectively. For the last 5 years, I’ve been leading teams through the process of delivering products for major insurers, including notable brands like IAG, MetLife, Hannover and IoT/telematic solutions. My current team is around 50 engineers, analysts and product managers, which come with the managerial, budgetary and day-to-day challenges that entails.In the past, I’ve held client-facing roles as an architect and hands-on manager in startups, agencies and consultancies where I enjoyed making the most of my multi-disciplinary background. A background with a solid foundation in software engineering, operating systems and servers before expanding into modern websites, API’s and technologies like .NET, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure and IaC among others.Ultimately, my goal is to make a meaningful difference with my accomplishments, contribute to the success of the organisations I work for and continue to build my expertise in leadership, strategic and technical domains.
