Left Banking in 2005 after buying a small group of specialist homes, turned this group around (with a business partner) and sold to a major UK corporate in 2008, having grown the business by 100%.Currently own a small property portfolio. Shareholder /owner of a new purpose built 41 bed dementia care home in Surrey where we are working closely with a small music charity to enhance the lives of the residents in our care.Also manage care homes for other operators, we have two parts to this, we operate homes for owners looking to take more of a back seat or are looking to retire, or who are having operational issues and need to beef up their management. We also subcontract to Goldcare FM Limited where we provide management to homes that have been put into receivership, we have had so far a good record of turning homes around so that they can achieve higher sale values for the Banks. Always looking for new opportunities to acquire further homes or land suitable for a care home to be built on.
