I am a passionate and driven Neurobiology graduate, recognized with Provost Honors from the University of California San Diego. A recipient of the URS Chancellor's Research Scholarship for Science and Engineering, conducting independent research on whole food supplementation and nutrient composition in micro-greens, I possess strong project management skills and grant writing abilities. As further commitment to sustainability and innovation, I participated as an intern in the Edible and Medicinal Mushroom project utilizing coffee grounds and tea leaves as substrate for mycelia growth. As the Director of the Marshall Community Garden, I taught peers about regenerative agriculture. By orchestrating marketing strategies, coordinating volunteers, and working with different sustainability organizations on campus, I foster a community committed to environmental consciousness. My interests lie in nutrition, functional fitness, internal medicine, and wellness aimed at enriching the lives of everyday individuals. For I firmly believe that the essence of true healing resides in the alchemy of our everyday choices - from the water we drink, the food we eat, the air we breathe, to the lives we lead. I seek understanding a full picture, from the soil systems and sustainability to the inner workings of every cell in the human body that imbue our strength and performance. I am intrigued by topics ranging from nootropics to everyday habits, all with the goal of empowering and enhancing communities and individuals everywhere. As an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, I attempt to merge scientific principles with personalized guidance to craft transformative wellness journeys.Beyond academia, I possess fluency in multiple languages, including German and Russian. As a citizen diplomat, I embraced the opportunity of a year-long immersion program in Germany through the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Scholarship. This experience nurtured my adaptability, open-mindedness, and cultural sensitivity. I now possess the skills to bridge cultural gaps, promote mutual understanding, and forge meaningful connections in our interconnected world. I hope to combine these skills and witness the transformative impact of providing access to vital healthcare resources and education can have.
