• Responsible to improving trim & form machine equipment, machine stability and die set tools. Make the machine & die-set setup qualification. Preparing machine specification, OEE, preventive maintenance, sample making, process control condition and quality improvement. Also responsible on material control and VE activity for improvement. Conduct on each machine evaluation and simulation study, review & update process specification. • Dieset improvement & overhaul at Copal Yamada Japan (13-17 Feb 2011).- New punch design for Tie-bar Cut- Dieset levelness check & confirmation after overhaul.- Dieset clamping check for new parts installation.- Dicussion with Maker dieset designer about others improvement proposal.- Update all the design change by company to Maker for drawing revision.• New Trim & Form machine witness & buyoff at Apic Yamada Japan (24-27 Dec 2012)- Implementation of vision checking system to prevent any wrong package running.- Implement new lot end procedures by adjusting PLC program for mixing prevention purpose.- To check & confirm at machine setting & parameter follows as per request in purchasing specification.- Functional test & buyoff sample preparation.- Update all improvement area modify by company to machine designer & discuss on future improvement items.
